Prior experience in recruitement and knowledge of recruitment strategies is required
Having an upbeat, energetic personality is required
Proficient organizational skills are required
Prior Human Resource experience in long-term care or an in-patient setting is required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, highly desirable
