Responsibilities for this position include:
Answer Accounting Distribution List emails and phone calls, including Anytime Collect; Process Customer Credit applications; Performs data entry and spreadsheet management; Email unpaid invoices to customers; Maintain Authorized Buyers on Customer Accounts; Maintain Billing Contacts on Customer Accounts; Update addresses from returned mail; Review and responds to customers’ (internal and external) correspondence in a timely manner; Process Vendor Credit applications; Assist and communicate with Credit Manager regarding Payments, Credit Applications, and updating and/or filing of Purchase Orders, Vouchers or other customer related documents electronically; Request Certificates of Insurance and File accordingly; Assist with Data Entry into Customer Portals; Collections as assigned by Credit Manager; Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

One-year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts; Acute attention to detail; Strong organizational skills; Commitment to excellence and high standards; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
