Job Summary: To assist the staff by performing clerical duties. To maintain and update patient records in a timely, orderly manner. To acknowledge customers upon arrival to unit and to demonstrate enthusiastic friendly approach.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalency examination.

Experience: Previous secretarial experience desirable.

Licensure/Certification: Current American (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card preferred.

Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of clerical procedures and medical terminology. Skill in English grammar and spelling. Neat, legible handwriting.
