Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Rope Splicer role located in Brantford, ON. The Rope Splicer will be responsible for cutting and splicing a variety of ropes for different applications. Daily tasks include splicing and labeling ropes, ensuring the finished products meet quality standards, and collaborating with the team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and strong technical skills to maintain high standards of production.
Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools for precise and efficient work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in related fields is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
