Rooms To Go Hiring for Sr. ServiceNow Developer at Seffner, FL Full Time

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing and designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and support by using ServiceNow best practices and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and development best practices.
• Gather and analyze requirements for system integrations or the development of new application features.
• Design, code, test, debug, implement, document, and administer ServiceNow integrations, new application features or feature enhancements.
• Manage update set migrations across instances, instance clone downs, and instance settings.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple development efforts concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), platform configuration, customization, custom application design and development, App Studio, and application deployments
• Experience with ACLs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary entries, and catalog items
• Service portal configuration and development
• Flow Designer/Workflow building and maintenance
• Experience configuring/customizing core applications such as CSM, FSM, Mobile Apps, Workspaces, Application Studio
• Integration experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, and file imports)
• Experience developing with AngularJS
• ServiceNow administration experience
• Ability to work through problems and troubleshoot production and non-production related issues
• Excellent Communication skills when working with the business, branches of IT, and current team members
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• At least one year of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills:

• Orchestration
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification
• One or more Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
• Portal development (Angular JS, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with any languages outside of JavaScript (Java, C, C++, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity or experiences with ERPs or Databases using SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, etc.)
