Work Location:

4600 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN (off Hwy 100 & 55)
We offer a hybrid work schedule with 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

As a GL / Staff Accountant with us, you’ll share your passion and talents with us in the following ways:

• Facilitate traditional month end close activities – we complete them in a few days on either side of the EOM, so you have time to work on and get involved in other things.
• Assist with annual planning, forecasting and year-end processes, including the work of external auditors.
• Lead and/or support projects around the development, documentation and monitoring of our work.
• Look to continuously improve financial processes, workflows and forms.
• Ensure we’re meeting compliance requirements including management and reporting with adherence to GAAP accounting standards.
• Lead and/or support special project and adhoc tasks as opportunities present themselves.

The qualifications & experience you bring: GL / Staff Accountant

• Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of practical accounting experience with strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Detail oriented, with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with external and internal partners in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
