As Customer Services Executive, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls from members of the public and customers about products and services. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for our busy and well-established client based in Stanstead Abbotts. The role offers a salary of up to £23,000, depending on experience. The working hours are 9am – 5pm/9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday. Offering Hybrid working once training has been completed.

Duties:

• Speaking to customers, offering them support & ensuring they’re aware of all the great benefits they have available to them.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication and delivering positives to dealers
• Actively trying to retain customers where necessary.
• Website design using WordPress.
• Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Identify Upsell/ Cross Selling opportunities – commission available currently attached to specific products.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Working towards performance & quality KPIs
• Contributing to your team, ing into your team leader to help achieve the businesses commercial and customer service.
• Ad Hoc Tasks
• As a Customer Service Executive, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time.

What do I need?

You’ve already got experience in providing great customer service and are someone with a real passion for great conversations and helping others. You’re a great listener, treating each customer respectfully as you take the time to fully understand their needs.
