RoofingSource, a nationwide roofing company, is building a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators who are self-motivated and process-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Candidates must be confident in recruiting, onboarding, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of the Headquarters team, building and scaling RoofingSource’s nationwide team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates within the roofing, construction, and other trades on a national scale
Screening candidates and reviewing resumes based on their skill sets
Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent with past and potential candidates
Maintaining and organizing RoofingSource’s internal applicant tracking database
Arranging in-person and remote interviews
Coordinating onboarding (e.g. I-9 verification, background checks and travel)
Providing feedback to leadership and hiring managers regarding pay scale, job duties and descriptions, job posting efficacy, and candidate pool analysis
Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as ZipRecruiter and Indeed and proficiency with Chamba, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to prioritize and multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience :
Minimum of 1 year in a high volume construction, industrial, or manufacturing recruiting environment. Recruiting in the roofing industry is preferred, but not required.
Compensation :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist salary ($45,000-$55,000) varies depending on a candidate’s professional experience.

Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods talking on the phone using a handset or wireless headset.
The workplace is located on the second floor and requires walking up and down stairs.
Long periods of sitting are often required for this office-based position.
