Job Description

The marketing manager is a key leadership role. We are looking for a long-term partner who is willing to eat, sleep, and breathe RMP. This role has unlimited potential, both in earnings and professional growth, therefore we will be extremely selective in this hiring process. In the short-term, our marketing manager will be responsible for managing and executing our client’s marketing to consistently meet strict KPIs.

In the long-term, you will be responsible for innovating and crafting our client’s marketing to consistently improfe performance over time.

We are looking for someone with immense potential and most importantly, someone

To start, you must be a marketing jack-of-all-traits, with proven experience in media buying, copy-writing, email marketing and funnel building. As the team grows, you will have the opportunity to specialize over time.

What This Job Entails
● Media buying, copy-writing & funnel building across Google, Facebook, and Youtube
● Consistently hitting strict KPIs using data-based optimization
● Managing a team of media buyers that consistently execute on client’s marketing strategy
● Creating systems to integrate the marketing department into the larger company for maximum efficiency & collaboration
● Continually innovating. Period.

Requirements (beyond just being bad-ass marketer)

● Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
● Proven leadership experience with set deliverables and a history of delivering results on a departmental level
● Data-obsessed — we are not interested in guesswork-based marketing
● Innovative — you are constantly looking for ways to make something better and more efficient
● Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
● Team-oriented — you will have the opportunity to grow & lead a team, if you’ve never done this before, you must be excited & willing to learn this skill
● Coachable — you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better

Required Experience
● 5 years of proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads
● Previous experience with remote team environments & softwares preferred, including
Slack, Go High Level, Hubspot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
