Roofing School is an online school for roofing contractors that provides industry-specific video lessons, helps with branding and content creation on demand, runs classes, seminars and workshops.

We are constantly growing – our school members count grew 41% YTD.

The Story

In the beginning there was the «Roofing Insights» YouTube channel. It is an industry-leading channel hosted by Dmitry Lipinskiy. Dmitry himself was an owner of a successful roofing company and, among other things, is sharing his knowledge with subscribers. When Dmitry decided to structure his knowledge on «How to do roofing business A-Z», it turned into the Roofing School.

Job Description

In your role you will be responsible for assisting our students with solving subscription-related requests.

It usually involves upgrading/downgrading, helping getting services students subscribed for, arranging shipment of «welcome packages», planning and participating on trips, classes and conferences.

Upon hiring, you will train under our Executive Administrative Assistant, and there will be a 30 day probationary period.

In this position you will assist our Executive Administrative Assistant with administrative tasks as directed, as this is a dynamic role with continuous hiring and expansion and opportunity is granted on merit and contribution to the greater good of the company. Job Description:

In your role you will be responsible for assisting our clients onboarding their businesses to our platform and overseeing their background checks, overseeing their application process. Upon approval the successful candidate will communicate with the web design team to coordinate the launch of their profile.

Once that account is secured, as well as other currently listed accounts, you will assist and oversee customer success by directing inbound traffic of service requests to their account and nurturing their growth on the platform and supervising their adoption of our contractor connection process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
