The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for our existing customers. Your job is to maintain and build relationships with our customers through regular contact and providing top level service. What You Will Do:
Maintain continuous contact with existing customers through e-mails and telephone

Build strong, genuine relationships with clients built on a foundation of trust and camaraderie

Answer customer inquiries and provide information to customers

Occasionally coordinate freight, including booking loads and tracking and tracing shipments

Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service to clients

Provide quotes and negotiate terms with customers and carriers

What You Need To Have:
Outgoing and communicative personality/people person

Advanced time management and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

The willingness to learn the ins and outs of a niche industry

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize

2+ years experience in customer service

Transportation experience a definite asset
