Rome Bath Remodeling & One Week Kitchens are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and love of both the creative and analytical side of traditional marketing channels (TV, radio, outdoor) and digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, social marketing strategy, digital advertising, and overall growth marketing strategies in order to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (leads and sales) for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in marketing or strategic planning and have worked in the home improvement industry. This is a full-time position, on site in either the Wilkes-Barre PA area or the Quakertown PA area.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee continued development and growth of overall branding strategy
· Work with management team to come up with creative messaging for new commercials, print pieces and online posts
· Manage the budgeting processes for all external marketing communications including, but not limited to, television, radio, print, outdoor, social media promotion, digital advertising, and e-mail activities
· Ability to monitor key performance metrics and make real-time decisions based on findings with a focus on maximizing lead generation
· Develop social media strategies and help manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase followers, engagement and new clients
· Responsible for monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
· Oversees and evaluates market research/new industry opportunities and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
· Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities

Requirements:
· Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience preferred
· 10+ years of professional experience, in marketing, sales, or strategy planning roles
· Experience in the home improvement industry is a must
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
