About the role

This is a New Role within the organisation – remuneration dependent upon experience

Initial 3 – 6 months contact with potential to extend. Flexible, family friendly role.

Take ownership of Talent Acquisition for the Lead Generation Agents in the Demand Centre and embed best practice in the delivery of all facets of the recruitment process.

About You

Ready and hungry to step into a Senior Talent Acquisition 360-degree role.

Experienced across multiple recruitment sourcing channels you will be working with the leadership team to develop and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process to deliver high quality talent into the organisation.

Responsibilities

· Design, implementation, and management of sourcing strategies across multiple channels.

· Ownership and management of ATS

· Screening and interviewing candidates

· Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage the onboarding process

· Reporting on recruitment channel activities and outcomes

· Supporting the leadership group

· Other ad hoc duties as required
