We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Service Data Analytics team who will be responsible for coaching the scrum framework and creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. In this role you will support the team with any impediments that arise and create the right environment for the team to be as effective as possible.

What you will be doing:
You will be working within the Service Data Centre Analytics team who are responsible for supporting the submarines enterprise using in-service data by gaining insight through data analytics and software implementation. As a Scrum Master in this role, you will:
- Act as a servant leader across more than one Scrum team, focussing on their needs, building a sense of community, engagement, and enabling them to be at their best.
- Act as a coach to the Scrum teams and the wider business. To continuously develop own Scrum and agile knowledge through collaboration within the RR Agile community as well as external.
- Facilitate a range of Scrum Agile events, this will extend to engagement with staff, managers, and our internal and external customers.
- Continuously identify opportunities in relation to how we can do what we do even better. For example, that could be improving ways of working, obtaining candid and constructive customer feedback, or finding new ways for generating engagement and enthusiasm for what we are delivering.

- Use a variety of tools used to support the collaborative work that we do. For example, Azure DevOps, OneNote, Nintex, MS Forms, and other local software. You are encouraged to identify and learn to use other beneficial tools.
- Communicate and present to teams and a range of seniority levels, tailoring your approach as appropriate.
- Work under your own initiative to identify and deliver improvements across the enterprise.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
