Accounting Manager

The primary responsibility of the Accounting Manager is to provide support for the Controller relating to all critical financial aspects of Rolland U.S, Sapphire and RTC entities. The Accounting Manager will create and oversee the revenue and invoicing process for Rolland U.S, Sapphire and RTC. They will ensure timely processing of Sales Orders through the IVR function and clear discrepancies internally and externally. In addition, they will participate general accounting, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, supporting aspects of transaction processing, and treasury management tasks. The Accounting Manager is a full-time position which will report to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

· Execute daily invoicing of Sales Orders at Rolland U.S, Sapphire and RTC

· Generate monthly statements and submit invoices to customers for payment

· Maintain dashboard of invoicing status and clear discrepancies

· Invoice consolidated customers timely and accurately

· Manage customized billings

· Perform AR reconciliation monthly

· Review Open Sales Order Report bi-weekly and manage Operations performance

· Manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt receipt of payments

· Resolve billing discrepancies with customers

· Evaluate credit worthiness of current and potential customers

· Post customer payments to account in a timely and accurate manner

· Process credit card transactions

· Process IVR transactions timely.

· Issuing of credit memos and invoice adjustments as needed

· Create bank deposits in Netsuite for ACH, Lockbox, and wire payments

· Assist in daily and month-end clean-up of AR accounts

· Collaboration with the Service Department to resolve billing issues

· Process all daily cash deposits, both electronic and manual

· Responsible for the timely execution of the monthly close process

· Monthly review of financial accounts, variance, and performance analysis

· Monthly reconciliation of Rolland U.S, Sapphire and RTC bank accounts

· Demonstrate service-oriented leadership to help the accounting team support and manage financial information.

· Ensure compliance with GAAP, local, state, and federal financial reporting requirements.

· Ensure monthly maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts

· Ensure compliance and maintenance of internal control safeguards.

· Oversee treasury and cash management activities on an ongoing basis

· Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum seven years accounting experience
• Experience in small to mid-size organizations preferred
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Netsuite experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a primary focus on Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,807.95 – $85,000.00 per year
