Job Duties:
- Represent the company effectively to potential customers with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Facilitate sales opportunities by identifying solutions for potential customers based on the products and services we offer
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach
- Perform check-ins with existing customers as needed to encourage long lasting relationships
- Review, update, and organize the CRM daily in order to strategize integrated sales team leads and opportunities
- Lead and supervise the Rolfson Oil Outside Sales Team, whose primary sales function is Drilling Rig sales, but are not limited from selling additional products and services including: Frac, LTL fuel, Oils & Lubricants, Chemicals, and Propane
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, ensuring that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Assist Outside Sales Team with closing potential sale opportunities
- Facilitate the day to day needs for sales representatives by communicating constantly and tracking leads
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for additional training or correction
- Review performance of the Outside Sales Team on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that goals are being met
- Set objectives for Outside Sales Team and monitor performance; if objectives are not met or performance concerns arise, work closely with HR and your supervisor to address performance concerns or administer disciplinary action
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor(s)
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or business development
- Prior Oilfield sales experience preferred
- Pass criminal background
- Pass drug test
