ABOUT THE ROLE
The Supply and Demand Planning Analyst will be a key member of the Supply and Demand Planning team with the Supply Chain/Operations department. The Supply and Demand Planning analyst will be responsible for maintaining an optimized inventory position for an assigned portfolio of items across the distribution network. The analyst will have a strong level of understanding of all procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and the analytical expertise required to maintain our target service level fill rates. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment and will be able to juggle multiple responsibilities and tasks. The analyst will be ing to the Manager, Supply and Demand Planning.
As a response to the pandemic, Roland Foods office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to in-person Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to telework on Monday and Friday each week. Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the NY and NJ offices are required to work in person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.

Roland Foods hires exceptional people to perform a wide variety of important functions that contribute to the success of the Company. One of the ways Roland Foods does that is through a competitive compensation package. The base salary for this role will be $70,000 – $80,000.
Based on your qualifications, previous experience, and transferrable skills, the Company will determine at its sole discretion the salary offered.
