ROKiT Launch Hiring for Senior Accountant Job at Culver City, CA Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 5+ years relevant experience to join our high performing team to work in an intense startup culture.

The Senior accountant will work alongside the Chief Financial Officer to prepare company financials. The perfect candidate is a versatile and driven oriented individual with an excellent work ethic and rock-solid judgement who is skilled in multi-tasking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing monthly financials, group consolidations and monthly financial reports for multiple entities for owners and management

• Analyzing complex financial reports and records.

• Preparing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliation

• Preparing detailed product costing reporting

• Overseeing inventory and accounts receivable

• Training and mentoring junior staff and directing overseas team members

• Reviewing journal entries and bank posting of junior accountants to ensure accuracy

• Reconciling inter-company transactions

• Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with QuickBooks and Zoho books preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• BA in Accounting or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with establishing and implementing internal controls

• Highly detailed-oriented and organized and has the ability to perfect processes

• Ability to assess problems or unusual situations and create efficient solutions

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
