We are recruiting an HR Manager to join the London family, taking the lead for our ROKA and INKO NITO collection for London. The London ROKA collection is made up of four locations, Charlotte Street, Mayfair, Aldwych and Canary Wharf, with INKO NITO based in Soho.

The HR Manager will report to the UK and EU Head of Human Resources. The role will be based at our Support Office in Fitzrovia but with significant time in the operations. We require applicants to understand all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment/training, visas, and immigration. A background in hospitality and an understanding of how restaurants work and the challenges they may face.

Our philosophy toward HR is a close working partnership between the restaurant and kitchen. An HR Manager with Azumi works closely with all employees throughout the business. Therefore, the successful candidate will be passionate about spending time in the operation, encouraging employee engagement and providing an energetic and approachable view of HR.
