Job Description

The candidate should be available for occasional meetings. We are looking for an executive assistant that is familiar with digital marketing and human resources.

Tasks Include:

– IT Talent hunting, ability to filter thru resume and interview potential candidate
– Knowledge of HR tasks, ability to post jobs, find talent in the IT space, interview and hire.

– Marketing Business Analyst with experience

– building and updating KPIs

– Basic writing projects and email composition

– MUST be able to write in a professional manner

– Internet research

– project/product management relating to digital marketing and software development

– Jira

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,979.00-$90,760.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
• Talent acquisition: 3 years (required)
• Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
