Shred Right is a leader in the document shredding industry, providing unparalleled service to our customers for over 35 years. We operate a fleet of 16 trucks, covering all of Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin and Iowa.
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for helping people, and possess the ability to create opportunities for success.
Responsibilities Include:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Schedule services according to customer needs and company availability
Accurately determine and fulfill customer needs
Solve problems in an efficient and customer-focused manner
Maintain and manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency
Required Skills/Experience:
Previous customer service experience in any service industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in scheduling or logistics
Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
