Rohit Group of Companies Hiring for OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST at Edmonton, AB Full Time
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support as required to the Office Manager, as well as all front desk duties as outlined below.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet people entering offices, answer questions and direct visitors to the appropriate people.
Answer, screen and forward all telephone calls received.
Separate and distribute all mail, courier deliveries and faxes to staff.
Schedule and maintain all shared meeting rooms.
Order and maintain all office supplies.
Service office equipment and arrange for any major repairs.
Manage corporate travel bookings.
Maintain and schedule maintenance for fleet vehicles.
Assist in all corporate functions, including lunch meetings, team building, retreats, charitable and social events.
Perform other clerical duties such as word processing, compiling, and recording data, maintaining files.
Managing the security systems and alarm codes for office and all show homes.
Maintain departmental contact information.
Responsible for monthly submission of expenses reports.
Provide administrative support as required to the Office Manager. May include presentations, proposals, budgets, and reports.
REQUIREMENT
2-5 years of experience in administration and/or office setting
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience in Adobe Suite is an asset
INTERPERSONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Customer service skills.
Communication skills – oral and written.
Detail orientated.
Takes initiative in all work.
Able to multi-task.
Able to work under little or no supervision
