We are looking for a highly motivated and cultured Online Education and Events Coordinator to join our team. As the Online Education and Events Coordinator, you will be working with the Founder to manage, provide remote support and ensure seamless daily operations. This includes prioritizing and multitasking in order to help support our business. This is a full-time position.

ONLINE EDUCATION AND EVENTS COORDINATORJOB DUTIES:

• Assist Founder and professors in building, coordinating, and managing all online courses and virtual events

• Communicate with participants
• Preparation and management of all correspondence including syllabi, course materials, recordings, etc.
• Assist during classes
• Monitor registrations and assist in course promotion
• Assist with website entry
• Email inbox management- this may require, among other responsibilities, responding to and organizing emails as necessary

ONLINE EDUCATION AND EVENTS COORDINATOR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

– Minimum of bachelor’s degree

– Highly organized, proactive and solution oriented

– Clear, precise and professional written and verbal communication skills

– Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp is a plus

– Must have meticulous attention to detail

– Extremely self-motivated with strong time management

– Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 40 hours/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
