Crew members work to complete conservation projects throughout Northwest Colorado and Wyoming. These challenging and rewarding roles will spend their season living outdoors and working on public lands.
RMYC partners with federal and state land management agencies to give participants a diverse understanding of conservation work and a variety of hard and soft skills that will help them succeed in a conservation-based career.
Crews are made of 8-10 people, and several crew types are available who specialize in certain types of work including the use of chainsaws. Employment dates range for summer only, fall only, and long term positions.
