Looking for an individual who is self-motivated, great at multi-tasking, thrives under pressure, and career-driven to be an on-call scheduler for a growing assisted living community. This position schedules for 6 locations and 50-60 staff members.

The position needs someone who is a good problem solver, a quick thinker, and ready to put in the work for success.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Though this position is Sunday-Thursday. During business hours the position fills the schedule and schedules all the open shifts while working on any call-ins that have come in during that day. After hours, this person takes calls and works to fill the shift. In the event, any shifts are not filled and there is no one to work the shift the scheduler is responsible to go in and work the floor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current QMAP Certification
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
