WHO ARE WE? We are a privately-owned, single-location orthodontic office located just west of Gresham. We aim to provide superb orthodontic treatment at an affordable price with friendly, personal customer service. As our practice is growing, we are looking to grow our clinical team by adding 1 or 2 experienced orthodontic assistants.

We care for patients on Wednesdays and Fridays and we manage other clinic and lab duties on Thursdays. A typical work day begins at 7:30am and finishes around 5:00pm. Our team (including the doctor!) consists of several energetic, fun individuals who genuinely enjoy being together at the office. We feel lucky to have such a positive workplace culture.

WHAT WOULD YOU GET PAID? Starting compensation is based on experience, knowledge, skills, and clinical independence and could increase as your contributions and skillset increases.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Speed and efficiency with clinical tasks
• Proficiency with computers and keyboard typing (for recording patient visit notes in Dolphin, our electronic record)

• Cheerful, enjoys working with people
• Moderate flexibility at the day end since there are often laboratory or clinical tasks to finish after patient dismissal

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

• It’s important to know that unfortunately health insurance isn’t being offered at this time; it’s possible we might be able to provide it in the future
• Fridays are our busiest clinic day, so it is important that this works with your schedule
• In this position, you would log about 20-30 hours of work per week between Wednesday-Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour
