Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Specialist (RevOps Specialist) will be responsible for supporting the work of the Revenue & Commercials teams through the use of the Revenue Operations technology stack.
What you will do:
Owning the internal RevOps business request system
Build operational enhancements & enable business on those changes
Support project management of key RevOps initiatives
Provide data analysis and reporting for RevOps team
Revenue Team Support and Execution
Own execution of business requests submitted by Revenue organization, leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, as well as connected systems including Marketo, Outreach and Gainsight
Support Revenue team through data analysis and updates of Salesforce data, including leveraging mass updates tools including Workbench and DataLoader
Work with operations, revenue and finance teams on ongoing business level reporting
Operational Enhancements & Enablement
Work cross functionally with the operations team to support ongoing process changes, and systems builds
Develop enablement material to facilitate adoption of new tools, technologies and process changes
Ensure integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
Revenue Operations Project Management
Support the Salesforce Administrator with project management of longer-term improvement projects affecting Revenue & Commercial teams
Adopt agile methodology to have standardized release process, introducing change to the business on a bi-weekly cadence
What we are looking for:
University degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
1-2 years experience in sales or revenue operations, or CRM administrative roles
New Salesforce Admin, CPQ experience a bonus
High level of proficiency with Excel and data analysis
Experience analyzing business and technical requirements
Exceptional project management skills
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
High aptitude for learning and desire for continuous improvement
Will be required to quickly ramp up their knowledge of Fiix’s systems, processes and data
