Major Responsibilities (What you will do/Great things you will do):
Data Analysis
Support the Data Team with deep ad-hoc analysis that will drive performance and keep Sales and Customer teams accountable
Support Business Leaders indirectly by creating data rich visualizations through the use of Microsoft Power BI
Work with RevOps and MarketingOps teams to uncover gaps in data quality and process inefficiencies
Gain practical experience in handling and analyzing data using analysis software such as SQL and R while continuously learning about data management and data architecture
Learn and leverage an array of tools connected to Fiix’s serverless analytical infrastructure such as: Github, AWS Ecosystem (Redshift/Lambdas/Step Functions) as well as access to a multitude of different third-party APIs
Competencies (Requirements/What we are looking for):
Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly
Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data
Knowledge of programming languages: SQL, R, or Python
Knowledge of visualization tools: Tableau or PowerBI
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
Career Development
Ability to learn and grow in a hypergrowth, B-Corp Canadian software company, with access to internal resources for personal development
You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS, operations and data analysis fundamentals
Education Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in business, economics or STEM
Salesforce/CRM experience a bonus
