Location: This role is based at our beautiful Head Office in Liphook with excellent travel links

Join our team at the largest and fastest growing Rock School in the world. Rocksteady have been delivering progressive and inclusive music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band.

This Recruitment Assistant role will play a key part in sourcing, processing, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across the business.

The Role

• Review candidate CV’s and applications across all variety of roles
• Schedule and conduct video interviews and screening calls to hopeful candidates and make decisions on their suitability for the role
• Manage our Careers inbox and respond to all emails in a timely manner
• Liaise with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Source suitable passive and active candidates through headhunting activities
• Support the organisation and running of Assessment and Observation days
• Support Recruitment Marketing where required
• Reporting to the Recruitment Manager

• Excellent organisation and administrative skills
• People focused with an ability to build instant rapport
• Personable and approachable
• Able to communicate passionately and confidently with candidates and colleagues
• Great time management skills and a proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines
• Resilient and composed under pressure
• Ability to have difficult conversations and deliver objective feedback
• Exceptional listening skills
• A clear passion for our mission and ethos
• Experience in a previous recruitment role is desirable
