Job Summary
This team member will be a part of one of the fastest growing teams within the Rock Family of Companies, focused on revolutionizing the car buying experience. From our offices in downtown Detroit, our Business Development Center (BDC) Specialists work in a fast-paced environment and lead our clients to help them select their dream car. Our powerful BDC team will be responsible for communicating with our clients through inbound and outbound phone calls, appointment setting and transfers to our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection

• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

• Properly handle approximately 100+ inbound/outbound calls per day

• Follow up with all customer inquiries in a timely manner to effectively maximize every opportunity

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives

• Use the internal proprietary software and technology of Rocket Auto

• Participate in regular training on products and clients of Rock Auto

• Filter leads on behalf of Rock Auto clients
