About You

You’re a marketing professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude, eager to join our small yet powerful in-house marketing team. You’re organised and adept at getting things done efficiently and effectively. You have a positive outlook and are not shy about sharing your ideas and opinions.

You have a meticulous eye for detail and catch things others miss. You are a pro at collaborating with others and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A passion for all things marketing
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Content management expertise using Wordpress
• Strong content writing skills
• Experience in HubSpot, plus video/audio creation and editing would be a bonus

About the Opportunity

This is a varied role with plenty of responsibility. You should have proven experience in some of the activities below, as well as a strong desire to grow through your own efforts as well as the training we will provide you with.

• Website Management: Managing Rocket’s website updates including publishing blogs, guides, case studies and more.
• Organic Social Media Management: Ensure a consistent brand presence by posting content, company updates etc on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Copywriting: Research and write content for Rocket’s blogs, guides, emails and press releases
• Coordinate with Designers: Manage design projects with designers within Rocket for creative assets related to the website, sales decks, paid ad campaigns
• CRM Updates: Manage updates to the CRM to ensure accurate and consistent data for all teams involved
• EDM Management: Work with the team to write, create and schedule EDMs for Rocket’s database
• Reviews: Assist in the collection of reviews and respond to Google Reviews
• Awards Management: Assist in the research for awards and submission of applications
• Podcast Management: Coordinate with guests and the host, publish and on Rocket’s podcast, Smarter Marketer (Australia’s #1 Ranking Marketing Podcast)
• Webinar Management: Assist with setting up webinars, event-day prep and post-event promotion
