Rock ‘ Em Socks is the World’s Largest Sock Store, with designs created and produced daily in Orlando, Florida. With over 10,000 designs to choose from, there’s a “Sock for Every Story”. Rock ‘Em cut through the industry to turn a long-forgotten item of your wardrobe into a bold statement on your feet.

Our reputation as a Brandufacturer (hybrid sock brand & manufacturer) has given us the opportunity to work with world-class partners in sports and entertainment our partners. Rock ‘Em is the official go-to sock brand for the some of the best names in the business – Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Universal Studios, NFL, NBA and many more.

We are looking for hungry sales-driven individuals to continue our expansion nationwide through extensive category development. You will be assigned an exciting market, and be given endless amounts of products and designs to get out of our HQ and onto people’s feet. Tap into a growing rep network across the country to serve local markets as well as big box retailers. Coffee is for closers, and we’ve got a fridge full of cold brew if you’re willing to get the deals inked.

Sales Department Overview

• Our company mission is to create “A Sock For Every Story.” While our design team creates stories, our sales team is responsible for bringing them into the world.
• To do so, we are on a relentless pursuit to reach new customers, dominate marketplaces with quality product, and build genuine long term relationships for a secure future. We will always strive to create demand and conquer all marketplaces with a need for socks.

Current Markets

Sports licensed – NCAA, NFL, NHL, NBA. Fan shops, bookstores, stadiums, etc.

• B2C: Customized – Team sports sales, corporate logo items, ASI, giveaways, etc.
• B2B: Retail Merchandise – musicians, museums, zoos, parks, breweries, restaurants, local brands, niche markets, private label, etc.
• Entertainment licensed – Star Wars, Marvel, Disney, WWE, Nickelodeon, etc.
• The World – if there’s a new or emerging market, there is a need for socks.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead direction on retail distribution and sales strategy
• Shape pricing strategy for all products and discount tiering for key accounts
• Active outbound development with various big-box retailers
• Develop and lead a roster of in-house sales associates
• Establish attainable sales goals and provide analytics/ing on performance and areas of improvement
• Maximize, engage, and manage current sales force network of 20+ reps across the USA
• Implement sales strategies for breaking into new markets based on geographic region, product type, and overall brand direction in a specific space
• Grow and increase sales rep network based on specific product offering
• Seek, qualify, filter, and engage with sales representatives across the country
• Disseminate sales and product information to reps, constantly educating them on our offering
• Direct all sales leads, outbound or inbound, to proper category leads or in-house personnel to maintain focus in specific category
• Implement sales programs and metrics to monitor, evaluate and gauge sales network performance
• Serve and build relationships with established and future outside sales representatives in any and all ways. You will be the connector from outside sales to in-house operations & vice- versa
• Assist in developing rep reward program in order to drive incremental & incentivized sales
• Travel opportunities (trade show, account maintenance, new business development)

Experience

• 2 – 3 years experience of sales or sales management
• Experience in management / team-building
• CRM Experience
