SUMMARY

As a Courier, you are a professional who delivers and maintains specimen integrity and solves client issues so that our caregivers can provide accurate analysis and quality care to our patients.

STATUS : Part Time

LOCATION : 160 Elmgrove Park Rochester, NY

DEPARTMENT : Logistics

SCHEDULE : Monday – Friday 5pm-9 : 30pm

ATTRIBUTES

• Five (five) years of driving experience, with a valid driver’s license required
• Friendly, kind and customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Assignments.Execute each courier route with efficiency, ensure the integrity of each delivery; access, navigate and send correspondence using designated computer
• Customer Service.Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner, promote superior customer service and customer relations;

use sound judgment to problem solve if client issues arise; understand and respect patient confidentiality

• Documentation. equipment condition and notify coordinator of maintenance requirements
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSM – Medium Work – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects;

Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONSNYS DL – valid New York State Driver’s License – New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV)

Pay Range$16.40 – $19.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.

Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
