Roche Bobois offers the largest range of products in the high-end furniture market mixing the best of new technologies & materials with fine craftsmanship from European workshops. All models are exclusive to the brand with made-to-order designs, manufactured with the highest level of quality.

Roche Bobois works closely with world renowned designers & Architects such as Sasha Lakic, Ora Ito, Marcel Wanders, Jean Nouvel, Cédric Ragot, Christophe Delcourt or Jean Prouve but also with Haute Couture fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada or Missoni Home offering the best of Interior Design and Furniture on a Global Level.

Roche Bobois is expanding fast, the North- American area being now the first market worldwide with a double-digit growth over the last 5 years.

Mission:

As a Sales & Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs to offer the best service while maximizing sales.

Under the supervision of the store manager, the Sales and Design Consultant will be the brand ambassador of our brand: From greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients.

With the Assistance of our 3D Design Team, the ideal candidate will also offer our “Interior Design” service and work directly on both large residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate must strive to achieve sales in a high-end market while developing a long-lasting relationship with its customer. The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Luxury Furniture Sales, have worked for a Luxury Brand in Interior Design, or have 3 years’ experience in creating a Luxurious Experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

• The candidate has 2+ years’ experience in Luxury furniture sales, have worked for a Luxury Brand in Interior Design, or 3 years’ experience in creating a Luxurious Experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Must be able to engage with an upscale client base and converse easily.
• Must have the ability to build relationships and have passion for connecting with others.
• Our top performers are goal oriented and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to Details.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Passionate, Pro-active, Creative, Team player, Ability to learn quickly.
• Professional appearance required.
• Must have a passion for Design Furniture & The Arts.
• Interior Design Degree or Certificate a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• PowerPoint working knowledge required.
• AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 20/20 or Google Sketch up are a plus.
• Comfortable doing Client Home Visits and measuring spaces.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 (Base plus Bonus Potential)

Schedule: 8-hour shift; 40 hours a week

Must be available to work weekends, support business needs.
