The Position

Would you like to develop your career in HR? Possess outstanding administrative skills and a knack with people? Are you ready to enter the world of HR in a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we would love to invite you to join us a Human Resources Intern at the Brown’s Hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will gain experience in managing the onboarding process, administrative tasks throughout the team members’ journey. You will learn how to assist team members with their HR / Payroll queries. We help you discover the world of employment law, recruitment, social events and learning & development too. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is availablabe for a 12-month internship. However, we are open to consider shorter time-frame, minimum of 6 months.

Your passion for people, empathy, organizational skills and interest in growing in HR in hospitality will define your success in the role.
