The role and responsibilities:

Roc Technologies are seeking an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team, working remotely to attract talent to support our Consultancy division and customer sites across the country.

Your responsibilities will predominantly be to hire IT Contractors, utilising tools such as our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn), external job boards and LinkedIn to drive commercial value and quality of hire through direct talent acquisition.

You will work at a fast pace to tight timescales, to assist our local teams to deliver the best service and outcomes.

On a day to day basis, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Support our Consultancy division with their recruitment needs across a broad range of geographically dispersed customers
• Manage contract and occasional permanent hires
• Leverage and promote all available sourcing channels to maximise direct hiring capabilities, ensuring appropriate channels are used including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn

Competencies and Skills required for the role:

• Previous recruitment experience
• IT/Technology industry experience highly desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of IR35
• Knowledge of ATS Systems (such as Bullhorn)
• Computer literate with strong Excel & Word
• Presentable and personable with strong, proven stakeholder management skills
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Client and customer-focused individual who can deliver a premium service for both the hiring community but also positively influence the candidate experience
• Collaborative with the ability to work within a small team and the wider HR function
