POSITION

Due to growth and the acquisition of new clients, this firm is actively recruiting for a Senior Business Services Manager to lead, mentor and manage a motivated team of accountants. Client relationship management will be an essential component of this role. The successful candidate will have a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership within 3-5 years.

The successful candidate will be provided with their own client portfolio to manage and a small and highly motivated team. There is a genuine opportunity to grow this team and portfolio due to internal promotions that are already in place.

The successful candidate will be provided with many opportunities to conduct new business development. Due to this firm’s impressive reputation, winning new clients is very easy!

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • CA/CPA
  • 8+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Ability to manage a $800-1m fee base
  • Extensive management experience
  • Strong technical skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
