POSITION

This Role Will Involve The Following

Due to strong growth, the position of Business Advisory Partner has been created due to succession planning and to help the firm achieve their ambitious growth targets.

  • Client relationship management
  • Management of staff
  • Day to day operations of the firm
  • New Business Development
  • High level tax advisory and consulting

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • CA/CPA
  • Public Practice Certificate
  • Registered Tax Agent
  • 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (Big 4, Mid Tier or Top 100)
  • Excellent technical tax ability
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a Partner level
  • Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Stable employment history from reputable firms

My client is ideally looking for a candidate with a fee base to join the firm. They are however definitely open to outstanding Senior Manager/Director level candidates who are ready to step up into the position of Partner.
