About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts, including traditional & digital marketing, event management, social media presence and basic design work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and take ownership all marketing initiatives.
• Provide guidance to and manage an in-house Marketing Coordinator.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive leads.
• Manage SEO/Google Ad Word agencies to maximize search engine rankings.
• Coordinate and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer appreciation events.
• Manage various social media campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee and be hands-on in the production of marketing materials, such as email campaigns, digital and print ads, videos, and social media content.
• Create basic designs using Canva or Adobe Suite to support marketing initiatives.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experience and skilled Marketing Manager or Marketing Generalist/ Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.

• Minimum 2-3 years professional marketing experience (either in house or agency)
• You bring expertise in driving development of marketing strategies, brand and campaign assets, sales collateral, budget allocation and tracking.
• Proven track record and confidence with copy writing and content creation to translate technical solutions into compelling customer focused content.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proficient in using Adobe Suite or Canva
• Industry experinece in machinery or vehicle dealerships or manufacturers (preferred, but not necessary)
