POSITION

Due to a combination of growth and the need for future succession planning, the position of Business Services Director has been created.

• Day to day operations of the firm
• New Business Development
• Tax advisory and consulting
• Client relationship management

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms
• A fee base of $300k + of business services clients
• Stable employment history
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a Director level
• Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history from reputable firms
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
