POSITION

Role

Due to strong growth, the position of Business Advisory Director has been created due to succession planning and to help the firm achieve their ambitious growth targets. This role will involve the following:

• Client relationship management
• Management of staff
• Day to day operations of the firm
• New Business Development
• High level tax advisory and consulting

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (Big 4, Mid Tier or Top 100)
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the level of Director level
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history from reputable firms
