This represents an extremely rare opportunity an outstanding accounting firm based in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This firm is going from strength to strength due to the outstanding manner in which they service their clients. This firm provides much more than accounting and tax services to their clients.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Business Services Director has been created to help the firm achieve their ambitious growth targets. This role will involve the following:

• Client relationship management of a fee base around $1m
• Management of staff
• Day to day operations of the firm
• New Business Development
• High level tax advisory and consulting

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms
• Stable employment history
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a Partner level
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history from reputable firms

Please note that my client is definitely open to outstanding Senior Manager level candidates who are ready to step up into the position of Partner.
