POSITION

This Role Will Involve The Following

Due to rapid growth, the position of Business Services Associate Director has been created to help the firm achieve their ambitious growth targets.

• Client relationship management of a fee base around $1m
• Management of staff
• Day to day operations of the firm
• New Business Development
• Tax advisory and consulting

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms
• Stable employment history
• Excellent technical tax ability
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a Partner level
• Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
• Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history from reputable firms
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
