POSITION

Due to incredible growth, the position of Part Time Accounts Receivable Officer has been created to support the Financial Controller

This Role Will Involve And Not Be Limited To

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable (highly desirable but not necessary)
  • Assist the Financial Controller with any ad hoc finance related matters
  • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and financial institutions
  • Assisting with month end accounting and ing

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years accounts receivable experience
  • Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Netsuite and Excel would be highly desirable
