Robust Roofing Hiring for Outside Sales Representative (Willing to Train) at Florence, SC Full Time

Robust Roofing is looking for ONE highly self motivated outside sales representative to cover the Florence, SC metro area. Set your own schedule! Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. Climbing on roofs to identify damage is required. Ladder safety training is required. The sales representative role consists of following up on company generated leads as well as prospecting and generating your own leads. Door knocking qualified leads is a main part of this role. Job is 1099. Uncapped commission!!

Is There PAID Training?

YES!! No roof or sales experience? That is ok! As long as you have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and willing to learn, we will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. Our training begins with a kickoff call to understand your skill set. We determine your length of training and have a hybrid approach with online classroom training, interactive zoom sessions, in person training and ride-a-longs! From product to sales training, we have you covered and let you decide when the time is right to sell on your own.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
