Robinson Solutions Hiring for Global Manufacturing Systems Coordinator at Oshawa, ON Full Time

To coordinate, maintain and oversee all aspects of the business planning process for a Facility Maintenance Company providing a service at GM Oshawa.

Reporting to the Robinson Solutions Site Manager. The GMS (Global Manufacturing System) Coordinator is instrumental in maintaining Robinson’s commitment to customer services to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to all codes and policies.

The GMS Coordinator works on site in our customer’s facilities, in an automotive manufacturing plant, and works closely with our GM contacts

Has a clear understanding of Business Planning processes, and auditing.

– Performs layered audits and registers the outcomes along with the SMEs (Internal and external audits)

– Delivers training material

– Provides support for GMS across all shifts

– Participates in direction setting workshops with the customer

– Participates in on floor audits and reviews with the customer

– Works with on floor personnel to ensure they utilize the business planning process

– Motivates, trains and develops employees to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standardized methods

– Coach, teach, counsel and mentor Supervisors in these responsibilities

– Lead the Business Planning reviews

– Assist in setting goals for the business unit

– Individual will also be engaged in teaching this system to other Facility Maintenance locations such as Montreal, Woodstock, and Edmonton

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
