Robinson Helicopter Company Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Orange County, CA Full Time

The Customer Service Representatives primary function is to interact with customers to process orders, handle complaints and/or concerns, and provide information about products and services.

Essential Functions:

• Receive orders via email, phone or fax from existing and new customers and process each per established Robinson Helicopter Company procedures. Track orders through fulfillment to ensure customers receive the proper items.
• Coordinate with Robinson Helicopter Company team members and departments to address any order issues, concerns, or delays.
• Invoice and close orders within the timeframe established per Robinson Helicopter Company procedures. Coordinate with the Robinson Helicopter Company Accounting Department to address any concerns or issues.
• File completed order paperwork in appropriate folders for future review and/or credit processing.
• Maintain existing customer accounts while supporting newly added customers.

Physical Demands:

This is a largely sedentary role processing orders by computer data entry or paper form; however, filing is required. This will require the ability to lift files, open file cabinets, pack storage boxes, bend and/or stand as necessary. This position will occasionally require the ability to lift archive boxes up to 40 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 am.
