We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist well-versed in the tech recruitment space to help find us grow our engineering team, build innovative recruitment strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience for future Robins.
The Role
This is a blended role of recruitment operations and strategic value add, sitting within Robin’s People & Culture team. You will have ownership of the recruitment pipeline for Robin’s Engineering team, acting as a key partner to hiring managers on both front and back end operational efforts. You will also collaborate with our other in-house Talent Acquisition Specialists and our Head of People and Culture to develop the strategic direction of Robin’s talent building efforts, including employer branding, inclusive hiring, and global hiring roadmaps. Robin AI has an ambitious vision of what the future of legal work could be, and you’ll be a crucial part of driving our company towards that vision by identifying the right talent. Ultimately, you will be a key player in achieving our ambition of becoming one of Europe’s most diverse software companies.
Tech Stack
Responsibilities
Owning end to end engineering talent acquisition— including job spec generation and advertisement, sourcing/interviewing of candidates, and the closing of new hires
Developing a sustainable talent acquisition strategy, including DEI initiatives
Liaising with our immigration lawyers on visa logistics for our international hires
Advising Engineering hiring managers on pipeline management best practices
Proactively identifying new and innovative sourcing strategies
Periodical reporting of key hiring metrics to senior leadership team
Collaborating with our People Operations Associate on creating a seamless candidate transition between hiring to onboarding
Your Skills
At least 3-4 years of experience in agency or in house recruitment, executive search consulting or talent acquisition, specifically for engineering talent
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Ability to creatively leverage different sourcing channels
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organised
Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
