Role Overview:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations. You will provide administrative assistance and help manage customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, addressing their queries and requests
– Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of information in the system
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate accurate quotes and proposals for customers
– Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating customer information and ensuring regular communication
– Monitor order fulfillment processes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
– Provide sales data and s to assist in sales forecasting and analysis
– Support the sales team in lead generation activities, including market research and outbound prospecting if required
– Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination
– Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and CRM systems
– A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a strong attention to detail
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
– Knowledge of IT products and solutions is desirable
