Robertson Bell Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

Robertson Bell are pleased to be working with a Charity, based in Central London, to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will operate under a hybrid working model, which will see the successful candidate working in the office 1 to 2 days a week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Log new invoices onto the systems ensure they are correctly coded.
• Processing approved invoices that are due for payment.
• Prepare BACS payments, automated and manual cheques and remittance advices.
• Process rent and occupation charges weekly.
• Production of updated statement accounts.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.

The successful candidate will:

• Ideally be working towards a finance or accounting qualification.
• Have a good understanding of double entry book keeping.
• Possess strong communication skills both written and verbally.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a step into finance, or a finance graduate looking to work in a supportive and friendly environment! The starting salary for the role is just under £22,000 pa which increases after successfully completing six months.
